If you need to configure some stuff manually, there are some options.
Autoconfigure Map Editor
By default, the tool is set to autoconfigure the Map Editor for whichever mod you are working on. If you want to set up the Map Editor manually, you can uncheck the option under ![]()
Top Menu > Options > Automation > Autoconfigure Map Editor.
