I make content for 
Source, but mostly 
Left 4 Dead 2 and 
Garry's Mod.
Here's a list of my Contributions.
One of my biggest projects currently is editing Left 4 Dead 2 FGD files to repair broken entities, remove unused entities, add new entities and otherwise modify entities to make mapping easier.
I have created a Github Repository for these changes.
