The Template:Language/archives/Uilang/doc documentation page does not exist.
English documentation will be displayed instead, which you can translate using Google Translate (or similar software). If there is nothing after this message, most likely the documentation does not exist even in English.

This template makes it easy to get the language of the current user, i.e. the language of the UI. The template returns the language code of the user's language. It is useful for supporting multiple languages on one page.
