I just ran through your map. Great idea, it took me a bit but i'm guessing that once you get through the door opened by the trigger, that's it for now? I couldn't find any bugs but just a couple little things that will make it better:
- Use more textures! The metal walls all used the 4x4 texture. Mix it up some with the 2x2 or even just the big block one. Doing this will make walls more memorable and allows the player to orientate himself accordingly (as coming out of the orange once you get turned around a lot).
- More of the signage overlays would help a bit too. It was incredibly difficult but I could see some people getting stuck quite easily.
