::As far as I can see it's a one decimal system. Either it is ''3.9'' or ''4'', of which both states are covered. ::...or perhaps you don't understand at all: That number is simply the rating expressed as a value instead of text: "Steam Rating: 10 - EAGLES SCREAM! Playing time: 201.3 hrs past 2 weeks" That value is not the number of hours. - Because there is a 0.1 gap not covered between 3-3.9 and 4-4.9—ts2do 17:02, 23 Sep 2007 (PDT)
- As far as I can see it's a one decimal system. Either it is 3.9 or 4, of which both states are covered. People will manage to figure out that 3.999999... still won't give you the rank of 4. --Andreasen 17:11, 23 Sep 2007 (PDT)
