XBLAH's Modding Tool provides a shortcut to the selected base game folder, proving itself useful in case you need to modify any files manually.
The game folder is normally located under SteamLibrary/SteamApps/commom/GAME_NAME
.
Accessing the feature
This can be accessed within the tool via Top Menu > Game > Open Game Folder
.
