This is an incomplete list of websites that offer free image hosting, which may be of use to mod makers and mappers looking to promote their work.
Note:Some links might be broken as the image hosting website most likely got shutdown, having their URLs changed, etc...Last updated: May 7, 2025
- Images removed after you reached the limit below as a free users.
- Free users have 1,000 upload limit, maximum of 50 non-public photos or videos, any moderate or restricted photo/videos cannot be uploaded.
- Completely free
- Up to 25MB file size per image, Unlimited space.
- Account required (for upload)
- Premium account offered
- Up to 3 MB, unlimited storage hosting period, unlimited bandwidth
- Up to 20MB for anything else (PNG, JPEGs, etc...), PNG files over 5MB will be converted to JPEGs.
- Also host videos and GIFs, up to 200MB, and it's must not be longer than 60 seconds.
- Images will be removed if it's was very old, or came from unused/inactive account, it is unknown how long it would takes for Imgur to remove those images.
