Adds a note to a redirect page that explains that it is a redirect from a page name in an alternative language. It adds the page to Category:Redirects from alternative languages, and a category that is specific to the language that the redirect is in if specified.

Parameters

{{{1}}}: The code for the language that the redirect title is in. Should be the same as the suffix of the page that it redirects to.
