| 1 = How, DARE you edit Template:Portal games to add desolation before I did? I was LITERALLY just about to add it when you edited it! I cannot BELIEVE THIS!

JK, thanks for the work my man :)
I don't have it as the default. I don't see which of my recent edits would make you believe otherwise. One was a very minor grammar change, and the other was removing a text notice which has been out of date for months. Wisdurm (talk) 12:57, 27 August 2024 (PDT)

| 1 = Thanks for the heads up! I already noticed the problem with cycler, but the two other I hadn't noticed. They're both quite weird bugs caused by either pages not having much content or being really weirdly formatted. Nevertheless, I'll be sure to fix them.

| 1 = How long did it take for your bot to become able to use the API? Autoconfirm on Wikipedia takes 4 days but you seemed to be able to use the API sooner than that.

| 1 = I'm not entirely sure how it all works, but you should be able to do most basic API actions immediately, that's at least my experience. The VDC is obviously quite different from Wikipedia in a lot ways. From my knowledge being added to the Autoconfirmed users group takes 5 days, I think (and hope since WisdomBot isn't in it yet), based on this. This however does not limit usage of the API much. I'm using the DotNetWikiBot Framework, and the only problems I've ran into is not being able to create pages (since there's a check as to whether you're a bot, which the API can't do) and not being able to move pages, both of which are due to not being autoconfirmed. My advice is to just mess around in your user sandbox and see what you're allowed to do.

| 1 = That sounds right, for some reason I thought your bot was autoconfirmed. I'm using the same framework, and it appears that I can create pages if I use my main account.

| 1 = Hey thanks for finding the errors, to be honest it was terrible for me... Also for improving the templates. I did everything in a hurry with the desire to make a lot of “good” edits, as a result I had to make more corrections. BUT thank you again, also regarding your bot, after seeing your experience, I myself decided to make something similar. Nice actually, I like your implementation by the way.

minor edit misuse
