This menu provides easy access to documentation of the 
Valve Hammer Editor and 
Source Engine editing information.
Help Topics
This option brings up the Valve Hammer Editor documentation page. On very old version of Hammer, it will instead go to Hammer Editor Documentation, which now redirects to Category:Hammer.
About
This brings up the About dialog which contains version and copyright information.
