Make tutorials etc. available as proper articles so that others may properly edit and rewrite them, and join the hive-mind that is the Valve Developer Community!

Seriously, wikis are designed for collaborative work, and do expect things to be 'edited mercilessly'. My page has been edited and the tutorials put in there proper place.
