Two things. You said you were putting 'Player_Clip' on the outside of the pier. Doesn't that block the Infected/Boss Infected as well?

And for when you switch maps, I suggest using a Push style map. Maybe a small cliff that is just a little too tall, so that they have to jump down, but can't get back up. That is the ideal way.
