Spell pickups aren't working regardless of this entity being set to Halloween or not. The spellbook can't be equipped, and spell pickups don't have any effects. --Tiny Desk Engineer (Talk Page) 12:21, 16 March 2023 (PDT)

This entity could potentially be updated to add more holidays

Because y'know, there are more than just Birthday and Halloween...See this paste I made for the code to replace in tf.fgd. I haven't tested this ingame to see if the logic entity is hardcoded to handle all the other holidays, but hopefully it should. 404 User Not Found (talk) 12:39, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
