Talk:Spawned a NULL entity
What?? Why is THIS article getting tagged for deletion?? --MossyBucket (formerly Andreasen) 16:52, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
- This is very vaguely expressed anyway - furthermore this error is caused when the game in general tries to create an entity with an invalid classname as input. Instead of having individual articles which just contain vague information or even guesses there could be one that lists all kinds of compile errors if there isn't one already... --Biohazard 17:38, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, right now we have both an article called Compile Errors and a large category of individual compile error, but the information that you just told here, needs to be transfered to the Compile Errors page before one can tag this article for deletion, or else any slight trace of information regarding it (no matter how vague) will be lost. Ultimately this has to be done for every single compile error article in the compile error category. --MossyBucket (formerly Andreasen) 18:44, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
- My reasoning was that this article is terrible and useless. Feel free to make it useful or a redirect. Thelonesoldier 00:01, 20 February 2011 (UTC)
- My glasses just broke, and I know that if I start working on these two pages, there's nothing stopping you from flagging the other 30 or so with deletion tags as well, so I'm just going to slap a merge tag on this instead and hope somebody else does it. --MossyBucket (formerly Andreasen) 05:20, 20 February 2011 (UTC)
- We both work hard on maintenance and we're both entitled to our opinions. We both make mistakes as well. There's no need to act like I'm going to go on a deletion rampage if you don't babysit me. Biohazard seems to agree the article isn't useful, anyway. Thelonesoldier 11:43, 20 February 2011 (UTC)
- I'm sorry if I've come across as rude - I didn't mean to. It's just that I can't tell what you're like as a person just based on your user name, and although most of your deletion tags are for mods, lots of deletion tags makes me cautious. I'm always "babysitting" everyone in this manner: If it's an article I know well, or a new user posting something, I get curious. --MossyBucket (formerly Andreasen) 06:04, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
