Website Down
Anyone know how long the download website has been down for? Is this a temporary thing, is there somewhere else we can download from? --Daedalus 19:34, 15 Jan 2007 (PST)
- There is a problem with the wavelength.net server which causes the site to go down periodically every day. I've been at Bulk to fix it, but so far he hasn't been able to. Try again later. --Nem 16:45, 14 Jan 2007 (PST)
- Thanks. A quick google found the plugin availible elsewhere, and I've added that to the list. --Daedalus 00:34, 15 Jan 2007 (PST)
Multiple frames
Is there any way of viewing/creating/editing a "multi-frame" VTF file, such as signage\indicator_lights\indicator_lights_corner_floor.vtf
in Portal, with the Photoshop VTF plugin? There doesn't seem to be any way of doing that. —Yar Kramer 16:34, 23 Jan 2008 (PST)
CS4 / CS4 64-bit
plugin doesn't seem to work I followed the instructions
Works fine for me. CS4 32bit. (Why has this gone into a code box? I certainly didn't tell it too...) --NoodlesTux 15:56, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
- Because the plug-in is written as a 32-bit program and won't run natively in the 64-bit version of Photoshop. The plug-in is made with the Photoshop 9 SDK to give better compatibility with older versions of Photoshop and other programs that support that format. Another issue is that Adobe locked in their SDK when they moved to "creative studio" and don't release it publicly unless you become a paid subscriber of their Adobe Developer Network. Basically, they've locked us out. --Wunderboy 15:52, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
