Removed "Dead Mod" Tag

I removed the "Dead Mod" tag at the request of the Empires lead developer as the fact it was there only recently came to our attention. -- Devourawr

You removed the entire banner, which is why I reverted your edit. Sorry for any misunderstandings. All that needs to be done is to change the "status=dead" to "status=alpha/beta/on-hold/released". —Mattshu 22:24, 9 November 2011 (PST)
