Getting and Running the program
Excellent idea for a tool, however I think you should think about a different way of publishing it. Also, my malware program doesn't like it (by mistake I hope?), I guess there is some signing necessary or something. --Popcorn (talk) 23:23, 6 March 2022 (PST)
- Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, I cannot afford a signing for my program, but my plans are to add links to other cloud drives or even publish the source code on github. I'm guessing your malware program doesn't like the file because it reads the registry to find the path to the steam folder. Drinkly (talk) 09:34, 7 March 2022 (PST)
- I see. In case that is a problem not just for me, maybe don't access the registry and instead prompt the user to select some root directory (if needed and not given yet, and save it in a config for future use?). Soundscript Characters
When an ambient_generic uses a raw file, the program fails to pack it if the raw file is preceded by a soundscript character. Would be glorious if you could fix that. :) --Popcorn (talk) 17:40, 7 March 2022 (PST)
