Reorganized Tools Categories

There's already a Tools category, do we really need another?

I would like to add all of the third party tools to the tools category and then create a subcategory for Valve tools. Tools would then be the main category with Third Party Tools and Valve Tools as subcategories. This way you could filter depending on which subcategory you wanted. Since it's a substantial change, I thought I'd elicit feedback before I went ahead and did anything. Yithian 14:01, 24 Apr 2008 (PDT)
