XBLAH's Modding Tool v1.18.1. Please be aware that subsequent updates might have introduced alterations in terminologies, introduced novel features, or reorganized certain elements within the interface.
XBLAH's Modding Tool provides a shortcut to the selected base game folder, proving itself useful in case you need to modify any files manually.
The game folder is normally located under 
SteamLibrary/SteamApps/commom/GAME_NAME.
Accessing the feature
This can be accessed within XBLAH's Modding Tool through Top Menu > Game > Open Game Folder.
