As the name implies, it creates a zone that is used in the King of the Hill mode "HotSpot" and is also used in "Battle Royale" as a safe zone.

Todo: need to look at the entity in Jabroni Brawl: Episode 3's FGD, how the zone is displayed in a map, any I/O, flags, etc.
