VirtualDub is a video capture/processing program licensed under the GPL (General Public License). It can be used to process the series of TGA files made from using the Source engine's built-in Source Recorder into a single compressed AVI file. It includes a very large number of options for processing, such as framerate, video and audio compression codecs, and includes various filters allowing for cropping, resizing, and various other things.
