GtkRadiant, an off shoot of the program Q3Radiant originally developed by id Software and Loki Software, is a a game level editor for Quake Engine based games. GtkRadiant supports creating levels for GoldSrc (Half-Life 1) based games. GtkRadiant is licensed under the GPL and available for free.
