- 10:0510:05, 13 December 2024 diff hist −222 Template:Goldsrc games Officially PS2 HL is only on PC, the unofficial port should only be in "Notes." CS XBox also listed itself as being available on PC, which is untrue. Eurocom's Nightfire doesn't share any content with the PC version and should only be acknowledged in "Notes."

Gunman introduces Bink Video support (engine ver based upon: v1.1.X.X) and Blue Shift changes the BSP lump (engine ver based upon: v1.0.1.2) --Theuaredead 02:37, 12 December 2024 (UTC)"

- 19:2819:28, 12 December 2024 diff hist 0 Template:Goldsrc branches Cry of Fear received a license due to the 2013 SteamPipe update breaking the mod, so the listing should go after the SteamPipe listing. CoF is NOT SteamPipe and was given access to the version of Steam HL prior to that update.

- 19:1819:18, 12 December 2024 diff hist −17 Template:Goldsrc branches CSBot does not add any code to the engine (to my knowledge) and is only available to CS1.6 and Condition Zero. I also question whether or not any code made for Gearbox's Condition Zero was used for XBox CS or Steam HL.
- 19:1619:16, 12 December 2024 diff hist −119 Template:Goldsrc branches Paranoia does not touch the engine and never had engine access. It is not an engine fork or version. Paranoia injects need rendering in the OpenGL binary (and likely the client/server binaries.) Trinity Rendering Engine also injects code to extend what HL can do, but is also not an engine.
- 19:1219:12, 12 December 2024 diff hist 0 Template:Goldsrc branches Oops, had the fields backwards on Steam HL Engine
- 19:1119:11, 12 December 2024 diff hist +14 Template:Goldsrc branches Condition Zero's engine is explicitly the engine that shipped on Steam. Engine versions pre-dating CSCZ's release are able to run the game whereas versions made prior can not, such as Day of Defeat and v1.1. Counter-Strike 1.6 shares its client and server with Condition Zero, so anything CZero needs CS1.6 also needs.
- 19:0619:06, 12 December 2024 diff hist +6 Template:Goldsrc branches I have my doubts that the PS2 port was based upon the Dreamcast port. Code was used (as confirmed by the credits,) but I think both ports were developed independently. Will leave it as a Citation Needed.
- 18:5618:56, 12 December 2024 diff hist −2 Template:Goldsrc branches The console text of Half-Life Dreamcast reports 1.0.1.3 as its version, which is an official patch from Half-Life. This pre-dates 1.1 and it's major prediction code update.
- 18:5118:51, 12 December 2024 diff hist 0 Template:Goldsrc branches According to the readme to the 1.1.0.0 patch, this version released on 5/28/00
- 18:4818:48, 12 December 2024 diff hist +40 Template:Goldsrc branches Captivation was the studio doing the HL port to Dreamcast, though I would not be shocked if Gearbox provided assistance and code.
- 18:4518:45, 12 December 2024 diff hist −37 Template:Goldsrc branches Console 007 Nightfire is not id Tech 3, Wikipedia is wrong. The back of the box does not contain the "id Technology" legal text. Uses some in house engine by Eurocom, the previous and next James Bond games use id Tech 3 with Ubertools.
