mp_flashlight enables/disables the flashlight in multiplayer.
Note: Syntax:mp_flashlight <boolean>
Bug: In 
Black Mesa doesn't work. Attempt to enable flashlight with ent_fire !player addoutput "effects 4" instantly disable flashlight. Can be fixed with plugins. [todo tested in ?]
