npc_human_grunt is a point available in Black Mesa.

They are the HECU that infiltrate Black Mesa to eliminate anyone associated with the Resonance Cascade, they are seen throughout most of the earthbound levels. They will attack the player and scientists and guards, and sometimes they are seen rappelling from ospreys or open ceilings.

Note:Some keyvalues, spawnflags, effect flags, inputs, or outputs might not affect an NPC, based on the functionality and coding of the NPC.
