cl_entityreport is a console variable available in all Source Source games.

When set to 1, a profiling tool included in the Source engine used for profiling and debugging entity states and activity will appear.

Key

Green names are idle entities.

Purple names are active entities.

The upper red bar specifies the maximum amount of activity.

The lower green bar specifies the current amount of activity.
