Note:Gel needs to have Paint in Map set to True in worldspawn before applying on surfaces. Maps that do not use gel can save significant resources by avoiding gel code.

paint_sphere
is a point entity available in Portal 2.
Entity description
It paints brush entities inside the sphere.

Keyvalues
- Paint Type ([todo internal name (i)]) <choices>
- The type of paint.
- 0 : Bounce
- 1 : Sticky (Broken when the game came out, changed into mirroring gel when the first DLC came out. Blobs are missing a texture.)
- 2 : Speed
- 3 : Portal
- 4 : Erase
- Alpha Percent ([todo internal name (i)]) <float>
- Alpha percent to control the density of paint, the value must be between 0 to 1
- Name (targetname) <string>[ Edit ]
- The name that other entities refer to this entity by, via Inputs/Outputs or other keyvalues (e.g.
parentname
ortarget
).
