VTFVer is a GUI VTF texture converter which converts VTF textures that are version 7.5 to version 7.4 and is written by Cra0kalo.
VTFVer is mainly used to convert a massive folder full of VTF textures to work for the older version of Source. Some people may use it to get materials into 
Source 2013 based games like Team Fortress 2 or Garry's Mod
