Portal 2 was released on
Xbox 360 and
PlayStation 3 on the same day as PC version on Steam.
The game can be run on Xbox One hardware, and is rendered at 4K on Xbox One X and Xbox Series X.
Key Differences
- The Puzzlemaker is not present, and Steam Workshop is not supported.
- Render resolution at 1280x720 and 30 FPS locked framerate.
- PlayStation 3 version has Steam integration, and PS3 users were able to complete co-op levels with Steam friends. The PS3 online service ended in 2016.
