Wow, I've been using Hammer for 4-5 years, and I didn't even know about the vertex scaling! --Campaignjunkie (talk) 20:06, 20 Nov 2005 (PST)

you know what vertex scaling does?...it scales the selection—ts2do (Talk | @) 20:07, 20 Nov 2005 (PST)

How would I get rid of a face of say the part of a wall that the player would never be able to see during gameplay (mainly to clean up my map and increase performance). I tryed to create displaycement by using the texture application tool then going under displacement then using the create key. This caused some problems running the map and it also caused the player to stay crouched even after the crouch key was released.
