Observation rooms can be placed on walls in the Portal 2 Editor. In theory, they would allow people to monitor the tests in progress; but in the editor they only provide a source of light.
Observation rooms can be placed on walls in the Portal 2 Editor. In theory, they would allow people to monitor the tests in progress; but in the editor they only provide a source of light.
In the editor, a default 256x128 observation room is added. You can not delete this item, it is a required element (Along with the entrance and exit door.)
128x128 observation rooms can be added to your map using the item pallet. These are a good source of light, along with the Light Strip.

Observation rooms can be placed on walls in the Portal 2 Editor. In theory, they would allow people to monitor the tests in progress; but in the editor they only provide a source of light.

In the editor, a default 256x128 observation room is added. You can not delete this item, it is a required element (Along with the entrance and exit door.)

128x128 observation rooms can be added to your map using the item pallet. These are a good source of light, along with the Light Strip.
