:Yes, I've run Left 4 Dead 2 way before I did it with the editor. But when I upgraded to Windows 7, the editor didn't want to start because of those dumb gameinfo.txt's missing. I guess the Program Files (x86) has consequences too.

:OK so, has anything similiar to this happened elsewhere? Or am I the one and only guy with this problem, and how can this be fixed without getting help from Valve? --[[User:Breakin' Benny|Breakin' Benny]] 12:07, 13 November 2011 (PST)

Witch Bride precaching

I tried creating a reslist with the commands found in Content Streaming and added the witch bride assets to the my <map name>.lst. It has failed to be able to spawn a witch_bride. Have you had any success with this? What process did you go through to get it to work? --ThaiGrocer 21:49, 13 September 2011 (PDT)

I've tried many times throughout the year but no luck, sadly. I thought maybe the stringtable dictionary and that was no go. It's not a big deal, but I always thought an answer to this problem might lead to other things involving models, etc. Many thanks for your time. I'm sure there will be an answer eventually! --ThaiGrocer 16:44, 15 September 2011 (PDT)

L4D2 Error on 64-bit

This concerns your error message that you've been getting. Have you ran L4D2 first before attempting to open the game in Hammer? —Mattshu 08:17, 13 November 2011 (PST)
