I was looking around for updates to THLS and found a link to a post on Shacknews where someone who knows Einar Saukas (one of the developers) emailed him to ask what was happening and Einar confessed that Neil Manke is very ill. If you're wondering if this mod will be released at all, here's an unconfirmed rumor for you: "numbskull Nov 15 2009, 11:42am says: I was looking around for updates to THLS and found a link to a post on Shacknews where someone who knows Einar Saukas (one of the developers) emailed him to ask what was happening and Einar confessed that Neil Manke is very ill.
