Portal 2 Portal 2 was released on Xbox 360 Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 PlayStation 3 consoles on the same day (19 April 2011) as PC version on Steam.

For the Nintendo Switch Nintendo Switch version of the game, released on 28 June 2022, see Portal Companion Collection Portal Companion Collection.

The game can be run on Xbox One hardware, and is rendered at 4K on Xbox One X and Xbox Series X.

Key Differences (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 only)

  • The Puzzlemaker is not present, and Steam Workshop is not supported.
