mp_flashlight
is a console variable available in all Source games.
mp_flashlight enables/disables the flashlight in multiplayer.

mp_flashlight <boolean>


ent_fire !player addoutput "effects 4"
instantly disable flashlight. Can be fixed with plugins. [todo tested in ?]
