不要与sourcemods (Steam文件夹)混淆。
SourceMod是一个服务器Mod，它为服务器管理员提供了一个更强大的脚本编写和管理平台。虽然主要用于多人游戏，但它可以安装在任何Source引擎游戏上。许多知名的服务器插件都是由它驱动的，比如Roll The Dice (RTD)。 它有一个低级别的系统需要与它一起运行，叫做“MetaMod”。
