(using Template:Message) To be technical and nitpicky, it should technically be command line parameters, as these are parameters we are putting in from the user's perspective; MS's documentation is from the application's perspective, where it takes in arguments. "Options" avoids this confusion, and is a commonly used term in the industry, referring to exactly what the page entails.
