Lambda Fortress (shortly LF) is a cooperative crossover mod between Half-Life 2 and Team Fortress 2. Play as Team Fortress 2 classes through both Half-Life campaigns and episodic content in this ridiculous crossover between two radically different FPS universes. Things are not looking up for the resistance when another wave of portal storms creates a dimensional breach leading into an entirely new world. Two identical teams of mercenaries that come from this new world waste no time choosing a side in the conflict as the RED team members dedicate themselves to protecting their home world from Combine's threat while the treacherous BLU team joins the winning side by allying themselves with Combine forces.
As the rift in time-space persists, portal storms have become more frequent and numerous with one of them opening a gateway allowing a team of mercenaries to arrive in the streets of City 17. Dazed and confused, the mercenaries struggle to adapt to the oppressive ambiance of the Combine regime as they attempt to find a way home and fit in through any means necessary with no qualms of resorting to their preferred and favorite way, violence.

* Lambda Fortress uses 2007 Team Fortress 2 assets, so you still can see cutten features there (grenades, etc.). It also means that a lot of bugs fixed in nowadays TF2 exists there and a lot of game mechanics (inventory, airblast for Pyro, ability to move Engineer's buidlings) aren't added.
* A new version called Lambda Fortress: Extended aims to add content and fix bugs to LF and is currently playable with friends
* LF: E utilizes the Source SDK 2013 Multiplayer
