Entity description
Just marks a ball spawnpoint. Won't be used if disabled.

EnableDisable:
- Enable / Disable
- Enable/disable this entity from performing its task. It might also disappear from view.
Outputs
- OnSpawnBall
- A ball just spawned here. Might be useful when using randomly selected spawn points.
