Heh, this is actually the second KOTH office type map I've seen. A mapper named Psuedo from TF2Maps.net made something very similar to this, koth_corporate, a few months back. I'm not sure if he's still working on it or not, there hasn't been any updates in a while.--Brandished 17:08, 9 Jul 2008 (PDT)
:A little difference is that the map is mostly outdoors, and although obviously most of the action will take place in the small indoors section in the middle, if you look at the size of it, dumping everyone into it would result in quite a clusterfuck situation. While the corporate feeling might be important within the HQ, I neither have the space nor the will to push it towards the quite good example shown on the screenshots of the colleague. --Baliame (talk) 17:51, 9 Jul 2008 (PDT)

I really like your idea, and not to take away from it, but I had a suggestion. If it's possible, you might think about having multiple entrance points. Then, when the level begins, it randomly chooses which one to open. Doing something like that would make for a much more surprising first round for the defending team ;). Might be beneficial, especially seeing how hard it can be for the attackers to break through the defenses at the choke-points of dustbowl (at least in TFC, I have to admit I haven't had the opportunity to play TF2, though not for lack of wanting). I have no idea about the overall design, obviously, so the map may not be set up for something like this, but hey, it's a thought! Maybe you can do it on a different map in the future. I know that I plan on trying eventually. Hectate 10:26, 5 Nov 2007 (PST) | I really like your idea, and not to take away from it, but I had a suggestion. Heh, this is actually the second KOTH office type map I've seen. A mapper named Psuedo from TF2Maps.net made something very similar to this, koth_corporate, a few months back. - A little difference is that the map is mostly outdoors, and although obviously most of the action will take place in the small indoors section in the middle, if you look at the size of it, dumping everyone into it would result in quite a clusterfuck situation. While the corporate feeling might be important within the HQ, I neither have the space nor the will to push it towards the quite good example shown on the screenshots of the colleague. --Baliame (talk) 17:51, 9 Jul 2008 (PDT)
