Introduction

The Outland is the area outside the boundaries of City 17.

Architecture

Since the outland is almost entirely forest, there should be no large settlements or towns. The only buildings that appear should be things like logging camps, warehouses, power stations and possibly small cottages. There are also several roads that connect some of the larger settlements. These roads should be small and disused, so no highways or main roads appear.

The combine are common here, as they're moving out and closing in on the White Forest. Rebels are scattered around although they are found more often near White Forest.
