ent_info'ing this entity doesnt crash my game. It might just be on your end. Also this entity seems to just control objectives. It's fine if the game creates it by default. --Amicdict (talk) 03:46 PM, 22 May 2021 (CDT)
I just saw this page. I can try to look through the 2018 source code leak of TF2 to get some information on this entity. I'll see if ent_info'ing this entity crashes my game. --Amicdict (talk) 03:35 PM, 22 May 2021 (CDT)

i noticed on my testing my map there are a lot of entities i didnt' put there. hey we know about some of them like worldspawn show up, so they do stuff sometimes. soundent is anotherone, which was described as helping sounds so I was poking around there too, but it's not well documented. one place said it helps ai/bots process sounds, but what one source engine game does won't always translate to other titles --Ninjaofsauce (talk) 06:46, 16 January 2021 (PST) | i noticed on my testing my map there are a lot of entities i didnt' put there. hey we know about some of them like worldspawn show up, so they do stuff sometimes. i was looking for the entity which controls the TF2 vox announcer, with the goal of silencing flag/intel responses (which is reportedly impossible as they are "hardcoded").
