No pages directly use this or {{tl2|entity}}, however some templates such as {{tl2|Hl2 point}} still use this as a base. That isn't much of problem, since so few pages use that obscure template that it can easily be manually updated. But around 200ish pages still "transclude" template entity or format. I'm not much of an expert on templates and I don't know why a lot of those pages are in the "What links here" section, but maybe don't delete the page just yet?
