hi!, i need some help with hammer

i made a cool map for Garry's Mod and i want to add an AutoTeleporter of a spesific name. (my english is bad so dont say anything about my language) i want to ask you all if there is a thing that automatically telepot players with a name like "google" and "ass" or "killer"? 

please post here (your help is neded!)
