I'm a big fan of pancakes myself. It wasn't until recently that I tried making them from scratch. I followed this recipe and they came out delicious. If you're using a pan, heat control might be a little difficult. There's a tendency to raise the temperature of the butter beyond 350 degrees F in such conditions. So you'll have to clean the pan before moving onto a new batch and regulate the heat constantly. Although, a denser pan would probably keep a steadier temperature.--ThaiGrocer 21:43, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
