Deprecated:Source is picky; it probably only supports reading from sound files at 44100 Hz, 22050 Hz, and 11025 Hz.
It might support 24000 Hz files, as that's what voice chat uses, but that's unlikely.

Note:Source 2 is significantly less picky, and should support any sample rate that the MP3 format officially supports.
Source complained when I tried to feed it a 32 KHz ADPCM file, so I decided to document my findings.
