Shawn Olson is a longtime member of the Source community. He started as a hobbyist making levels for CS 1.6. When he moved to Source, he was frustrated with the workflows around getting assets into the game, so he developed the Wall Worm Model Tools. He became the Technical Artist for Black Mesa in 2015. In 2020 he became a member of the Product Management team for 3ds Max at Autodesk.
