Description of the source-sdk-2013 branches

MASTER
Master will become the Sandbox version of source sdk 2013 with the comunity fix, and news feature.
include bugs fixes from the github community
ASW-Shaders
Env_dof_controller
depth_of_field shader
need to add few line in FGD
adding env_dof_controller.vtf and .vmt in materials/editor/
Todo:  Create a mod_template.
