pl_hilltop has been scrapped and moved into a new is still pending. Thought about pl_flood (or something similar) but I know water tends to tear apart fps.

Basic layout will be thusly: (numbers in parentheses = caps in the stage)

Mining area breaks into 3 separate routes, path is randomized when the map starts.
