tf_weapon_lunchbox is a point entity available in 
Team Fortress 2.
Entity description
The entity used for the Heavy's secondary weapon known as the Sandvich, Robo-Sandvich, Dalokohs Bar, Fishcake, Buffalo Steak Sandvich and Second Banana. If this entity is spawned using ent_create tf_weapon_lunchbox it will not appear in-game.
